  • What fabric do you use?
    Bamboo clothing has a luxuriously soft fabric that is naturally hypoallergenic, moisture- absorbent and quick drying. The fiber is naturally smooth and round without chemical treatment, meaning that there are no sharp spurs to irritate the skin. Bamboo can look and feel like silk or very soft cotton. Bamboo is 40% more absorbent than even the finest organic cotton. This means that it brilliantly wicks moisture away from the skin and is extremely comfortable. Unlike some materials, our bamboo fabric does not keep shrinking or bag after use when properly cared for. Bamboo fibre fabric is made of 100% bamboo pulp fibre. It is characterized by its good hygroscopicity, excellent permeability, soft feel, easiness to straighten and dye and splendid color effect of pigmentation. Softer than cotton, with a texture similar to a blend of cashmere and silk.
  • How often are items restocked?
    Short answer: as often as possible. However, shipping timeframes make it difficult to provide a specific date of restock. We do not restock sale merchandise. Those items are final sale.
  • Do your items run true to size?
    The quick answer — YES! All of our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We hand measure each product and provide fit details for every style, so be sure to read the details section before buying. The Dabu dyeing and stitching process can occasionally result in slight variations in garment dimensions especially in our leggings and capri products. Choosing a larger size than your regular size ensures a comfortable fit and minimizes the risk of any potential tightness or discomfort.
  • What items are dry clean only?
    Great question! Make the most out of your clothes by taking appropriate care of them. Most of our items can be washed on cold/delicate and laid flat or hung to dry. We’ll let you know in the product description if something is dry clean only. Be sure to review the details for cleaning instructions before purchasing.
  • What size should I order?
    We totally understand that all of our beautiful customers are different shapes and sizes, and sometimes it is difficult to shop online because you can't try anything on! We have created a SPECIFICATIONS and SIZES Guide to help you decide which size would be best for you. We also try to provide specific details about each product in the description, so don't forget to check there! If you still have questions about that product you're checking out, just drop us a line at and we will try to provide any information you need to make your decision!
  • What payment options do you accept?
    We accept PayPal and other UPI Method of Payment. We don't accept cash personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or other multiple forms of payment.
  • Was I charged twice?
    We know what a scary feeling that is! Luckily, your card should only be charged once when your order is submitted. If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling debit/credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 10-12 working days.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your debit/credit card.
  • Unable to find Cash-On-Delivery?
    Taking precaution as a first step we currently do not offer a COD option. We would love to add this option once everything becomes normal and serve you with greater service as ever.
  • Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
    All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item! View our full Return Policy.
  • I’m in love with something that’s out of stock in my size! What can I do?
    There is a certain devastation that goes along with finding out that the perfect product you had your heart set on is sold out. However, hope is not lost! We may be able to get them back on request!
  • Do you have any store locations?
    Yeah, girl… it’s your couch! (Or your kitchen… or the garden… or the elliptical!) We’re an online-only boutique, which means you can shop with us 24/7! Go ahead, get your shop on!
  • What is your Return Policy?
    Clothing has to be returned or exchanged for a different size within a 15 day period. Returned items should be unwashed with original tags attached. We accept all returns that have not been washed, have the tag still attached and are in good condition. For return, please get in touch with us and we will help you through the process.
  • How long does it take to process my return?
    Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 5-7 working days. Our team will work with you to ensure that you're satisfied completely.
  • How do I return the package?
    1. Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated. 2. Get in touch with our team and we will walk you through it. Please note: All orders beyond the return timeframe would not be accepted for return.
  • How to Exchange my order?
    We offer exchanges for the same item but in a different size. However, we are a custom boutique with a limited inventory and an exchange for a different size might not be immediately available. The quantity and sizes available are mentioned next to the product. ​ If an exchange order is available, an exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address of the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. Please note the difference amount needs to be paid before shipping out the order.
  • I need to change/cancel my order. How can I do that?
    Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We won’t be able to cancel the order once the order gets dispatched that will be 12pm everyday. However, if you still want to cancel the order, we would be happy to do so.
  • Where is my order confirmation?
    Yippee! You placed an order! As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder.
  • Can I place my order over the phone?
    You've got our digits, and we would love to help you order over the phone! You can reach Truer India at +91 9311813776. To speed up the process, please have the product name(s) of the piece(s) you want to purchase on hand when you call. We don't want there to be a delay before your new closet candy is ordered!
  • Why have I received a partial order?
    While we would like you to enjoy your entire order together, this may not always be possible due to product unavailability, and we may have to make partial deliveries. But please be assured, we won’t rest easy till your complete order has been delivered to you.
  • What are your shipping options?
    Free NCR Shipping - Our boutique offers free NCR shipping on all orders! Just please give us 1-2 Working days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will be delivered within the next 3-5 Working days. Lost Packages - If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 4-6 weeks for our team to resolve the query after confirming with the delivery partner and the delivery field executive altogether. Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items.. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we would be unable to issue either a refund or replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • When will my order ship?
    Most orders ship the next Working day after the order has been placed! We’ll email you the tracking information as soon as your order ships. We do offer expedited shipping options if you’re shopping in a hurry.
